Color

A button-motif paperweight cast in Nambu ironware from Iwate Prefecture. Solid weight holds fabric and paper patterns in place while sewing or cutting.

Button holes can hold pens. Multiple units stack for compact storage and are compatible with Cohana's brass paperweight. Color is applied to keep the cast-iron surface texture visible. Made by OISEI Foundry Co., Ltd. in Oshu City, Iwate (operating since 1916).
